What is Uterine Cancer
Uterine cancer is a malignant tumor that, according to the medical statistic of oncological diseases that occur in females, is the fourth most frequently occurring disease. It goes right after the skin cancer, stomach cancer and breast cancer.
This type of malignant tumors occurs usually in women who are between 40 and 60 years old. The risk factors of this cancer are the same that refer to other oncological diseases. They include your age (the patients are usually quite old) and being exposed to radioactive and chemical elements. In accordance with the type of epithelium of different parts of the uterus, there are dermoid and glandular cancer cases.
